About Wellnatura

Wellnatura is a bedding and bedroom textile brand selling into the United Kingdom. The company supplies sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, throws, cushions, and a small range of bedroom accessories.

What we sell

The Wellnatura products range covers bedding essentials, throws and blankets, cushions and pillowcases, sleep accessories such as silk eye masks, and bedroom comfort pieces including bolsters and felted wool baskets. Materials used across the range include cotton, linen, wool, and silk.

Our Story

Wellnatura started this year as a small startup of six fabric lovers who shared one dream: to make products that actually feel good in your hand and are worth putting in your home. We started the brand because we realised the bedding and accessories you touch every day in your home should feel great, not basic.

Especially since we all spend a lot of time at home, these "boring" moments of cuddling up in a blanket or putting on a bedsheet really matter. We are proud to offer products that not only look good but also feel good, made with carefully chosen materials and colours.

Customer service

Customer enquiries are handled by email at info@wellnatura.uk. We respond within 24 hours, during customer service hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (GMT+1).

Returns

Wellnatura operates a 90-day return policy on all eligible orders. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of the returned goods being received at our warehouse. Full conditions are set out in our return policy.
